A Snapshot of Your Day
As a **Project Planner/Scheduler** within Grid Technologies, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed schedules across multiple work streams for internal projects. This role requires strong planning expertise, proactive risk management, and effective collaboration in a matrix organization to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
How You’ll Make an Impact
+ Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and/or Primavera P6, ensuring baseline accuracy and milestone adherence.
+ Generating S-curves and progress analytics to track planned vs. actual performance and support stakeholder reporting.
+ Monitoring progress against baselines, identifying variances, and preparing timely dashboards and reports with corrective actions.
+ Identifying and mitigating schedule risks and constraints, collaborating with work stream leads to resolve issues proactively.
+ Coordinating planning workshops, progress review meetings, and efficient communication across a matrix organization.
+ Ensuring compliance with approved scheduling tools and governance standards to maintain data integrity and consistency.
What You Bring
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or related field.
+ 5 or more years of experience in project planning for construction or industrial projects. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
+ Expertise in MS Project and/or Primavera P6 and generate S-curves.
+ Experience working in a matrix organization.
+ Strong understanding of construction planning principles, risk analysis, and progress visualization.
+ Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness and ability to travel (~10%).
